Foodland’s Share a Holiday Feast
We printed up the gift certificates for Foodland’s annual Share a Holiday Feast program. For the past 25 years, Foodland has run this terrific program allowing customers a simple way to donate and make the holidays special for individuals and families in need.
To participate in the program, simply tell your Foodland cashier that you would like to “Share a Holiday Feast.” Contributions may be made in the amount of $5, $10 or $20. Individuals and families identified by the Salvation Army, as those who might not otherwise enjoy a turkey dinner for the holidays, will receive Share a Holiday Feast gift certificates.
100th Infantry Battalion Newsletter
We had the honor of printing the 100th Infantry Battalion’s newsletter – the Puka Puka Parade.
Club 100 was formed after World War II when the 100th Infantry Battalion soldiers returned to Hawaii. In April 1, 1946, the Club published its first newsletter called, the Puka Puka Parade. The newsletters have chronicled the lives of the veterans and the many Club activities that took place for over 65 years.
To learn more about the 100th Infantry Battalion and the crucial role they played in World War II and our history, visit their website 100thbattalion.org.
